Penguatan Kapasitas SDM dan Pengelolaan Usaha Berbasis Bahan Lokal dalam Mendukung Transformasi Pariwisata Regeneratif di Labuan Bajo

Strengthening human resource capacity and local ingredient-based business management to support the regenerative tourism transformation in Labuan Bajo. This community service program aims to strengthen tourism entrepreneurs and MSMEs in Labuan Bajo through a thematic training series with 50 participants on micro-business bookkeeping, MSME taxation, regenerative tourism, service excellence, and hands-on mixed-beverage preparation using local ingredients. The activities were delivered in a two-day, in-person format that included an institutional opening, core lectures, Q&A sessions, guided practice and discussion, a satisfaction survey, and a certificate awarding ceremony. The methods combined interactive lectures, case-based learning, structured practice, and mentoring-style clinics to ensure the transfer of operationally relevant skills. The approach integrates financial record‑keeping literacy, tax compliance, a service excellence pathway from good to great, and regenerative tourism principles that emphasise human capacity building and the use of local inputs to retain added value within the region. Expected outcomes include improved foundational understanding of bookkeeping and taxation, readiness to apply consistent service standards, and the capability to design locally rooted beverage products aligned with tourist market needs.
