The scientific journal ‘Gastronary: Gastronomy and Culinary Art’ (eISSN 2963-1270) is an editorial project of the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat - Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Gastronary is dedicated to publishing original scientific papers on gastronomy, culinary, food photography, food and beverage product innovation, culinary tourism, food experiment research, etc.
Focus and Scope
Gastronary: Gastronomy and Culinary Art provides a multidisciplinary platform for academics, chefs, and industry practitioners to publish high-quality research that bridges food culture, science, and the hospitality industry. The journal's scope encompasses key areas such as gastronomy tourism and destination development, food heritage and cultural anthropology, food styling and photography aesthetics, food and beverage product innovation (including molecular gastronomy, mixology, and coffee culture), gastronomy digitalization and social media trends, halal gastronomy compliance, as well as culinary business management and sustainable gastronomy.
