Despite having great tourism potential, current management is hampered by infrastructure problems and a lack of coordination between agencies. Using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method and K-Means Cluster Analysis, this study identified two main clusters: Cluster 1, characterised by moderate management and infrastructure conditions, and Cluster 2, which had better conditions. The analysis reveals that the cluster with better management (Cluster 2) achieves higher scores in organisational management, facilities and infrastructure, and community participation compared to Cluster 1. These findings underscore the need for institutional harmonisation and infrastructure improvement to increase the effectiveness of tourism management, as well as contribute to the development of sustainable tourism management models
SolimunAdji Achmad Rinaldo FernandesRiyanti IsaskarDjoko Pramono

Strategy for Increasing Income Through Creative Economy and Adaptive Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Determination to Support the Tourism Sector in Salamanmloyo Urban Village

The emergence of creative home-based businesses can promote income equality and growth, while also supporting global economic growth. Home-based businesses can be started with very little capital and offer flexibility because they are not tied to a physical store location or specific hours. An example of a creative home-based business that has the potential to become a leading industry in a region or area is the home-based bouquet business in the Salamanmloyo neighbourhood of Semarang City. The challenges faced by partners in general include a lack of financial literacy, which makes it difficult to determine the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), resulting in the absence of appropriate product pricing standards and potentially hindering accurate profit calculations for their businesses in the future. The objective of the Community Service Activity is to address the issue of insufficient financial literacy in determining the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). The methods used in this activity include education and training. The results of the community service activity show an improvement in participants' skills, as they gained additional knowledge and understanding related to bookkeeping. Participants in the training were also able to enhance their understanding and ability to create and determine the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for their products accurately, enabling them to accurately determine their actual profits.
Diana PuspitasariAmalia Nur ChasanahMasitha Fahmi Wardhani

However, its development faces challenges in the form of low public awareness due to minimal economic impact. This study aims to determine the involvement and empowerment of the community in Upacara Adat Ngasa from psychological, political, and social aspects, as well as to analyze the development of the ceremony as a cultural tourism attraction. The methods used include interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires to 20 community group members. The results of the study showed an increase in self-esteem (psychological) and involvement in decision-making (political), but social empowerment was still weak due to low collaborative initiatives. In conclusion, community empowerment has been running, but social and political aspects need to be strengthened.
Towards the Golden Era of Local Heritage Tourism: Community-Led Revitalization of Giri Sapto Artist Cemetery in Pajimatan.

The Giri Sapto Artist Cemetery, located on Bukit Gajah, Girirejo, Imogiri, Bantul, Yogyakarta, is a burial site dedicated to artists and cultural figures. Established on February 6, 1988, it is managed by the Giri Sapto Artist and Cultural Heritage Foundation. A site survey revealed that the local community has strong potential to revive tourism in the area, especially with the construction of a museum near the entrance. This study recommends collaborative revitalization efforts among key stakeholders, including the Bantul Tourism Office, Imogiri Subdistrict Government, and Wukirsari Village Administration. Community involvement is essential in developing a new tourism package under the concept of Desa Wisata Ziarah Imogiri (Imogiri Pilgrimage Tourism Village). The proposed route starts from the still-active Imogiri Royal Cemetery, followed by a cultural exploration of Pajimatan Hamlet, and continues to Giri Sapto as an artistic pilgrimage destination. The active participation of locals reflects their readiness to reawaken tourism potential in response to the evolving tourism landscape in Bantul.
Belinda Feronica

Collaboration with external parties such as the government, media, and tourists also shows positive synergy. SWOT analysis reveals the forms of resistance, including strengths, weaknesses, obstacles, and opportunities for the destination.
